Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based turnkey aircraft dealer-broker SmartJets has welcomed Konstantin Kozenko and Yvette Clack to the team.

As sales director, Kozenko's mandate is to drive sales internationally, with a focus on eastern Europe. He founded aviation brokerage company FlyConstant in 2012, and has worked with numerous aircraft management companies, charter operators, cargo operators, service providers and maintenance facilities, including ExecuJet, AirX, MNG Airlines, ACASS and Swan Aviation. A native of Ukraine and a lawyer by training, Kozenko earned a Master of Law degree at the Zaporizhzhia Law Institute in 2008.

As lead sales support and market analyst, Clack's new role is to generate intelligence, support sales and manage client relations. Most recently she was sales director at Wheels Up, and previously regional sales manager at Jetex. Earlier in her career, Clack spent four years with automobile manufacturer Ferrari. A native of Wichita, Kansas, she holds a BA in communications and media studies from Florida Atlantic University.

“We are very pleased to welcome both Konstantin and Yvette to the SmartJets team,” says CEO Ben Shirazi. “These two professionals bring considerable aviation industry experience with expertise in brokerage, client service and market analysis, and impressive academic records. Working together, the SmartJets team is extremely well positioned to offer outstanding client service while driving our continued growth and prosperity.”
