AeTR launches Parker Stratoflex 'Build a Hose' enhancement
Having been a source of Stratoflex hose information for many years, AeTR decided to build an e-commerce site that would help aviation professionals quickly design, cross reference or source a kit for any hose assembly.
First Aviation Services COO Paul Bolton.

Wichita, Kansas-headquartered business aviation component MRO Aerospace Turbine Rotables (AeTR), a subsidiary of First Aviation Services, has gone live with its newest customer service enhancement to support the Parker Stratoflex aviation hose product line, packed with new features not available elsewhere.

In addition to being able to build thousands of combinations of customised hose and fitting assemblies, there is a comprehensive 'look up' feature to find tens of thousands of cross-referenced assemblies from the OEM part number. The 'look up by aircraft' feature allows for quick searches of assemblies by aircraft model and the industry's most popular kits are available for easy referencing and ordering. All the features that customers expect from a modern e-commerce platform are available including valuable reference material to support the aviation technical professional.

First Aviation Services COO Paul Bolton says: “We have been a source of information for the industry when it comes to Stratoflex hoses for many years. We wanted to build an e-commerce site that is the best resource for aviation professionals to quickly design, cross reference or source a kit for any Stratoflex hose assembly. I am really pleased how this turned out. The AeTR Stratoflex hose shop has a reputation for quality, customer service and on time delivery that our customers have come to rely on.”

Parker Aerospace Stratoflex products division business team leader Lori Loftis adds: “We are thrilled that our authorised distributors continue innovating and improving the ease of doing business with our customers.”

All Stratoflex hose assemblies are made and sold from AeTR's 72,000 sq ft facility in Wichita.
