“Will is a unique aviation executive with experience across our aerospace industry's charter, OEM, MRO and parts sales segments. His background matches very well with our core lines of business,” says CEO Greg Raiff. “Will comes to Elevate with tremendous experience building and deploying digital tools to attract and convert prospects. He has a strong network across the business aviation industry.“
From 2018 to 2022, Dent served as president and chief technology officer for AeroParts Now, a software-driven parts distribution platform connecting buyers and sellers, growing the business 300 per cent in his first year. Previously he led his own company Dently, creating custom software and guiding numerous startups to long term success by developing solutions that were key to raising capital and growing businesses.
As senior interactive marketing manager for Gulfstream Aerospace he led a creative team that developed multi-platform interactive marketing communications that successfully targeted Fortune 500 companies. Over a 13 year career at Gulfstream, Dent travelled widely, participating in its worldwide operations and gaining invaluable knowledge of the business aviation world.
“I’m excited to have this opportunity to leverage my experience in marketing, aviation and technology to lead the marketing during this time of growth at Elevate Holdings,” says Dent. “I am especially grateful to be working alongside a capable team representing brands like Private Jet Services, Elevate Jet, Keystone Aviation and Keystone MRO.”
Dent served as a helicopter crew chief in the US Army for seven years. He has Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA degrees from the University of Phoenix and holds an FAA airframe and powerplant licence.
