Laurie Zahniser has been named manager of market research. She comes to JetHQ after 25 years with JetNet, where she was a research manager for the business aviation market information provider.
“Laurie creates and oversees the invaluable market analysis our clients depend on,” says founder and managing director Garett Jerde. “She has been immersed in the business aviation world, developing deep connections that benefit everyone in the transaction. Her managerial skills help make our processes more efficient, providing an even better customer service experience for our clients while protecting their interests.”
In her time at JetNet, Zahniser also was a member of the product sales team, training staff and maintaining customer relationships in both fixed wing aircraft as well as helicopters. She has also served on the Research Management Council, managing team performance and implementing better production and quality standards, and has worked with other high net worth markets such as building and researching databases for yacht owners and prospects.
Zahniser will work under vice president of marketing Jill Plumb from her upstate New York base. Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, JetHQ has expanded its operational and market research team to answer growing customer needs and market demands. It has also created a North America sales division and expanded its in-house expertise in contracts and counsel.
