Jet Luxe adopts Forbes standards of excellence
Keen to provide assurance of its commitment to the industry's highest standards of service, Jet Luxe has trained for and is putting in place Forbes Travel Guide standards of service excellence in private jet travel.

Dubai-headquartered and recently launched private jet charter, aircraft management and luxury travel management company Jet Luxe has implemented its Global Standards of Service Excellence, developed in partnership with five star hospitality expert Forbes Travel Guide. Implementation of the standards follows the completion of an extensive in-house service training programme led by Forbes Travel Guide's learning and development team.

Jet Luxe CEO Gabriel Madrid says: “We are here to give choice, knowledge and power to jet users. While there is ample data available to those seeking to benchmark hotels and dining experiences, there is little available information to qualify service standards in the private aviation sector. By working in partnership with Forbes Travel Guide to develop our service standards, we set ourselves apart, giving discerning travellers a choice in line with their expectations.”

The new Global Standards of Service Excellence will be rolled out across the business units and will cover the company's charter, aircraft management and global concierge service. This approach gives a guarantee of a highly quality-controlled customer experience and seeks to provide Jet Luxe clients with a structure through which to measure quality.

Head of concierge Kamila Kicinska adds: “At Jet Luxe, it's not enough to deliver what the customer expects; for us, it's about leveraging our experience to predict a level of service they didn't yet imagine.”

Jet Luxe is the only private jet brand with bases outside of the US to have committed to this programme. “We are grateful to have the opportunity to collaborate with Jet Luxe, and we congratulate the team for their dedication to enhancing service excellence across their fleet,” says Forbes Travel Guide senior VP of learning and development Megan Torrance.
