Billund, Denmark-based Global Reach Aviation has had to adapt and re-adapt its plans several times in recent months, but the company says its strength lies in its ability to change course at short notice. “Our staff have been a huge part of our ability to get through a year of constant adjustments,” says COO Camilla Engelbredt. “To be completely honest, we started 2021 not knowing what to expect. In a way, we expected the worst, hoping for the best. Our strategy has always been to maintain our high standard of safety and service while adapting.”

Global Reach operates a CRJ200 and 900. Engelbredt is passionate about the company's products, and hopes to continue flying far into the future: “We want to keep doing what we love. We put a lot of effort into delivering a really good product. We love to make guests happy and we love even more that we have lots of customers coming back. We are more than ready to meet the year with many new tasks, and hopefully not so many adjustments as in last year.”
