Cofrance HondaJet fleet is attracting European interest
Changing NOTAM regulations mean that ARGUS-registered Cofrance must quickly adapt to new requirements. The company is responsible for a good portion of the HondaJets flying charter routes around Europe.
Cofrance director and owner Vitaly Arkhangelskiy is in the process of selecting more aircraft.

ARGUS Registered Broker Cofrance, listed as AVIAV and doing business internationally as Jet Paris, says that it is in better shape than it thought it would be a year ago. “During the last two years you could not predict or expect anything,” says director and owner Vitaly Arkhangelskiy. “But definitely it is much better than we were thinking it could be. We have taken on a lot of new clients and we are especially happy that new people have chosen to fly on private jets, when they were not doing so before. We have attracted many new clients because we have one of the largest HondaJet fleets in the world. We own three HondaJets out of a total of 12 in Europe, operated on EATIS' AOC. Now we are considering further expansion of our fleet, but still have not chosen which aircraft we may buy next year.”

The company flies passengers of every nationality. Changing NOTAM regulations mean that it must quickly adapt to new requirements. “We are undertaking a very high risk by starting the acquisition of new aircraft in the most difficult timing of the pandemic,” continues Arkhangelskiy. “But it has shown us that we made a firm decision while it was and still is extremely difficult to develop the fleet of similar aircraft produced in the US in a new market.

“We are actively shopping to find new potential aircraft for acquisition and new financing/investor partners. Recent times have demonstrated that any planning is very difficult, but it is definitely good timing for business planning and the consideration of new perspectives.”
