The Av8 Group has formed a specialised unit, Av8 Aviation, that will focus on Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 aircraft sales. It is also now offering a landing gear overhaul exchange programme for 100/300 operators.
All aircraft offered have documented histories and feature a limited warranty on work performed during the Av8 upgrade. It has put two Phenom 100's through the process including acquisition, refurbishment and sale earlier in 2021.
“The two aircraft that went through the Av8 Aviation process this year really proved to us there is a need for high quality pre-owned aircraft. This means more than just some interior freshening and some paint,” says Yoel Arnoni, CEO, The Av8 Group. “The Phenom 100 and 300 are exceptional, high demand aircraft that fit our model perfectly. We can give each aircraft the attention to detail during the update that is not often found in today's market for this level of aircraft.”
Each aircraft goes through a refurbishment process and is an update from nose to tail. The process can include new paint, custom interior, maintenance, avionics and engine requirements as well as landing gear overhaul.
The Av8 landing gear exchange programme offers Phenom operators the opportunity to reduce turnaround times when waits and parts delays are common for these overhauls. It currently has one set of Phenom 300 gear and two sets of Phenom 100 gear available for exchange and plans to add more as opportunities arise.
“Our focus on landing gear overhaul for the Phenom 100 and 300 make this exchange programme the next logical step in making The Av8 Group the “go to” resource for these operators,” adds Arnoni. “We will continue to offer operators innovative solutions when it comes to landing gear overhaul. Our fixed price overhaul programmes are already unique in the industry, where the estimated cost equals the invoice cost, with no additional billings.”
