Williams and Ropp boost senior team at flyExclusive
New flyExclusive leaders draw on the company's wealth of industry experience as it seeks to build new and exciting private jet experiences, including its private charter and Jet Club service offerings.
Rich Ropp brings a wealth of private jet industry experience to his role as senior vice president of enterprise sales.

flyExclusive, a provider of premium private jet charter experiences based in Kinston, North Carolina, is growing its leadership team with the appointments of Chuck Williams, chief financial officer, and Rich Ropp, senior VP of enterprise sales. The new leaders continue to draw on flyExclusive's wealth of industry experience as the company seeks to build new and exciting private jet experiences, including its private charter and Jet Club service offerings.

Williams joins flyExclusive as CFO, where he will oversee the company's financial operations and performance as part of its ongoing growth. Williams joins the company following his tenure as chief transformation officer with McKinsey & Company, where he served a diverse set of clients spanning financial services, oil and gas, heavy manufacturing, mining and semiconductor fabrication. He has held roles with JP Morgan, leading global business transformation for investment banking, and Bank of America, where he held numerous executive positions. Additionally, he is a decorated commanding officer in the US Navy Reserve, with 32 years of aviation experience that includes six operational deployments to Europe, the Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

flyExclusive's growth into one of the elite brands in private jet travel made joining the leadership team an easy decision,” says Williams. “This is a company that provides some of the most luxurious private jet experiences in the world, yet its leadership have never lost sight of the values that make the company special. I'm proud to join this growing family and can't wait to see where the journey takes us.”

Rich Ropp brings a wealth of private jet industry experience to his role as senior vice president of enterprise sales. Previously he served as president of Jet Linx St. Louis, where he developed the newly opened base and oversaw the annual strategic plan and revenue growth, aircraft management sales, corporate jet club sales and a range of other operational responsibilities. In his role at flyExclusive, he will primarily focus on developing and cultivating corporate and enterprise business sales for flyExclusive's Jet Club as well as its aircraft partnerships and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) services.

“Jet Club is unlike any jet card or fractional ownership programme I've seen in the market and is the ideal programme for businesses seeking to deliver safe, premiere private travel for their executives and employees,” Ropp comments. “I couldn't be more excited to leverage my own experience in corporate private jet sales as we grow awareness for this unique membership and educate businesses across the country about its value.”
