Spectrum Aeromed, a manufacturer of air ambulance equipment, has made two staff changes. Sara Engen is the new quality assurance manager and Brandi Griffith is the new production manager, both based at its headquarters in Fargo, North Dakota.

Engen has been at Spectrum Aeromed since 2014 as the manufactured parts coordinator. As part of her promotion she will be responsible for ensuring that parts are fabricated and assembled in accordance with approved designs and also ensure that production work meets standards.

Griffith arrives at Spectrum Aeromed with nearly a decade of experience in manufacturing and most recently she served as a production supervisor for two Doosan Bobcat North Dakota facilities. She will be responsible for the day to day production needs of the operations team and will be responsible for maintaining compliance of safety and quality standards whilst ensuring on time delivery.

“We are pleased to announce the promotion of Sara, she joined us seven years ago and over that time has shown her consistent ability to assure the quality of our products,” said Jeff Edberg, VP of operations. “We are excited to have Brandi join our team. Her experience in lean manufacturing methodology will allow us to continue our manufacturing growth well into the future.”
