REA launches an FBO to make the county proud
As a full-service FBO, REA offers business aviation traffic fuelling and ground handling services, executive concierge, plane-side ground transportation (including car services and rental cars), catering and plenty more.
The FBO terminal spans 800 sq ft.

Richmond Executive Aviation (REA) has launched a new premier FBO at Richmond Executive-Chesterfield County airport in Richmond, Virginia. The $2.5 million investment includes an 800 sq ft FBO terminal, 1,700 sq ft of office space and 20,000 sq ft of hangar space able to accommodate aircraft up to a Gulfstream G450. The facility combines modern, industrial architecture with comfortable, natural elements for an inviting atmosphere. It is complete with all the amenities required of travellers and aviation enthusiasts, including a meeting space with seating for 15 and full AV, a pilot lounge, a pilot planning area, flight training classrooms, a concession bar, wi-fi and charging stations, and a well-appointed lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ramp and into the hangar.

As a full-service FBO, REA offers business aviation traffic fuelling and ground handling services, executive concierge, plane-side ground transportation (including car services and rental cars), in-flight catering, cabin restocking, complimentary refreshments from Garth's Gourmet Goodness and Bugle Call Coffee, maintenance, charter, aircraft management, aircraft sales, aircraft and auto detailing, and flight training. With a 5,500 ft runway, REA is on standby to welcome all aviators to its new home for streamlined access to Richmond, Virginia, just 21 minutes to downtown.

The pilot and veteran-owned FBO further distinguishes itself with exceptional customer care. The team at REA is on standby to provide a premier experience as the gateway to RVA, offering recommendations and assistance for hotel accommodations, car rentals, sightseeing adventures and local sporting events.

“Our company is professional, modern and comfortable,” says REA CEO Mark Hackett. “Couple that with attention to detail, an emphasis in customer appreciation and service beyond excellence, you then no longer have competition, but rather a benchmark to which others strive to match.”

As an Avfuel-branded location, REA provides customers with rewards with AVTRIP and competitive prices with Avfuel Contract Fuel. In addition to contract fuel, customers will benefit from transaction ease when using the Avfuel Pro Card at the FBO with the ability to put everything, including fuel and non-fuel items with or without a fuel purchase, on one transaction, avoiding processing fees.
