Centreline founder Brockwell pushes Quorem technology
Now in pre-launch testing, Quorem’s first innovation, an AI-driven yield management and workflow tool, makes it easy for charter operators to implement commercial strategies that are focused on fleet optimisation.

UK aviation software startup Quorem has entered a new phase of its partnership with technology investor Chris Hagan. Quorem has developed technology to make aircraft charter and management companies more profitable.

Hagan, founder and chairman of cinema software company Uniquex, has partnered with business aviation veteran Phil Brockwell to develop a suite of commercial solutions aimed at addressing the problems of profitability, sustainability and scalability for private jet operators.

Now in pre-launch testing, the company’s first innovation, an AI-driven yield management and workflow tool, makes it easy for charter operators to devise and implement commercial strategies that are focused on fleet optimisation from the point of sale. These increase profit and reduce inefficient ferry flights, which are a source of carbon emissions.

Quorem has been working with select operators since January 2020 to develop a poly-algorithmic scoring feature that defines and analyses valuable opportunities from thousands of flight requests and uses data visualisation and gamification to keep charter sales teams profit-focused, motivated and engaged.

Early modelling suggests that the platform will add between three and six per cent of turnover to the bottom line. Quorem is already able to integrate with Leon, Avinode and Schedaero. Other integrations are in development and will be announced soon.

Quorem founder Brockwell says: “Many charter sales teams are ready to be more proactive in creating highly profitable flight programmes but are having to work from gut-feel and incomplete data whilst trying to stay on top of the hundreds of inbound flight requests. Quorem makes it easy and fun to be better and has justifiable environmental benefits.”

Brockwell has been involved in business aviation charter for more than 25 years, both at a global charter brokerage and at Centreline, a UK business jet operator. He launched Quorem in January 2020 to revolutionise the business of aircraft charter.
