Air Partner pleased to have Balser in its court
Andy Balser joins Air Partner with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, specialising in customer experience and operations. His career began at NetJets, where he spent 13 years leading customer service.
Andy Balser has wide-ranging expertise.

Air Partner has appointed Andy Balser as VP of supplier relations. President for the Americas David McCown says: “We are pleased to welcome Andy to Air Partner. As a customer-first business, we believe his proven track record of spearheading growth in the B2B market and delivering exceptional client experiences is very well suited to Air Partner as we continue to expand upon and elevate our services.”

Balser joins Air Partner with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, specialising in customer experience and operations. His career began at NetJets, where he spent just under 13 years spearheading customer service for the company, working his way up to become VP of customer service operations. Previously, he was the VP of service and culture of Nexus Flight Operations Services, VP of customer excellence of Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, VP of customer experience and product manager of ARGUS International and aircraft charter sales leader of Jet Edge International.

He was an active board member of the Ohio Regional Business Aviation Association and Franklin University College of Business Advisory Board.
