AL42 number two is destined for Learn To Fly
Learn To Fly says that the quality and realism of the Alsim AL42 simulator has allowed it to improve its training model, particularly for IFR students. A second AL42 is on its way to the company's Melbourne facility.
The AL42 is built using genuine aircraft parts and is equipped with the Garmin G1000.

Melbourne, Australia-based ATO Learn To Fly has renewed its confidence in Alsim by acquiring a second AL42 flight simulator for its Diamond Airline Academy programme. The AL42 is an exact replica of the Diamond DA42, built using genuine aircraft parts and equipped with the Garmin G1000 avionics suite.

“The quality and realism of the Alsim AL42 simulator has allowed us to improve our training model, particularly for our IFR students,” says Learn To Fly CEO Kai Li. “We'll soon be taking on cadet trainees for a major airline through our Diamond Airline Academy programme, and adding a second AL42 will allow us to improve our training capabilities even further.”

Alsim sales account manager Nicolas Fabriès adds: “We thank Learn To Fly and Diamond Airline Academy for their confidence. We are very excited to continue this collaboration, and we are looking forward to installing the simulator.”
