Why visit ACE ’25?
Aero Products, a Bell Helicopter customer service facility and Airbus service centre located in Show Low, Arizona, has added the Bell 505 to its capabilities, following its approval by Bell earlier this week for both B505 field maintenance and component CRO.
The 505 is a utility aircraft that can adapt to different needs. It can quickly convert for crew, customers or cargo. With a capacity between one to four passengers, speeds of up to 125 kts and a range of 306 nm, Aero Products has seen an increase in Bell 505s in the region. A need to support these aircraft arose.
“Aero Products is a natural fit for 505 operators,” says Jeff Winn, president of Aero Products. “Our relationship with Bell Flight, our commitment to quality work and our ability to stock both Bell and Aeronautical Accessories parts fills a void in the 505 market.”
Business development manager Mike Hannahs adds: “We have slowly been adding 505 spares to our inventory. However, with this commitment from Bell Flight, we can now stock all high demand items and offer them to our customers at a highly competitive price.” Hannahs believes supporting a customer from ‘Tip to Tail’ is the best approach to quality service.
Aero Products has been committed to expanding its aircraft capabilities all year. For the 505, it sent three technicians to Bell's global headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas to attend Bell 505 field maintenance, Bell 505 avionics and Bell 206/505 component overhaul training courses. This commitment to factory trained technicians provides its customers reassurance in the quality of its work. Aero Products specialises in part sales, field maintenance and component repair, overhaul, and exchange, and offers AOG 24/7 support to the rotary wing industry.
