Hiring Jim Coates is the latest example of Traxxall's objective of assembling the most experienced team in the industry, according to company president Mark Steinbeck. Coates cut his teeth at Erickson and the USAF.
Coates is an FAA-approved airframe and powerplant (A&P) technician.

Maintenance tracking company Traxxall has added Jim Coates as an aircraft maintenance analyst. Reporting to the director of operations, Coates' mandate is to support clients by ensuring that they have the best experience and derive maximum value from Traxxall's maintenance tracking system.

Prior to joining Traxxall, Coates was helicopter manager at CAMP Systems; director of airworthiness compliance at Evergreen/Erickson Helicopters; chief inspector/aircraft records manager at Evergreen/Erickson Helicopters; aircraft technician/quality control inspector at Galvin Flying Service and jet engine technician/quality control inspector at Airwork Corporation. He is an FAA-approved airframe and powerplant (A&P) technician who began his career as a full-time crew chief in the US Air Force.

“We would like to welcome Jim to the Traxxall team,” says Mark Steinbeck, president. “Very few individuals in the industry bring this much experience, complemented by maintenance tracking expertise, to their role. Jim understands quality control and data management. He excels in client-facing roles and as a team leader/mentor to fellow analysts. Hiring Jim is the latest example of our continuous objective of assembling the most experienced team in the industry.”
