Aero-Dienst, the Nuremberg, Germany-based full-service provider for business aviation and air ambulance services, has received its sixth Bombardier Authorised Service Facility (ASF) Excellence Award in the Europe category. Bombardier has presented this award for outstanding quality, performance and customer service annually since 2011. It puts Aero-Dienst at the forefront of European heavy and line maintenance facilities within the OEM's services network.

As the current unusual worldwide circumstances have made it impossible to present the award with due ceremony during the NBAA-BACE show, Bombardier has honoured Aero-Dienst's achievements in writing, acknowledging its commitment to helping Bombardier customers achieve even more operational efficiency through first-class service quality and performance.

For André Ebach, head of maintenance at Aero-Dienst, the award represents both confirmation and special recognition of the accomplishments of Aero-Dienst employees: “Our team is ready to meet all of our customers' requirements with a combination of personal dedication and in-depth knowledge,” he comments.

Aero-Dienst has built up a reputation within the industry for its decades of experience and expertise in Bombardier business jet maintenance. An ongoing focus on a loyal and well-qualified workforce has resulted in the high degree of competence in maintenance that is reflected in customers' satisfaction and the confidence that business partners place in Aero-Dienst.

CEO Viktor Peters regards the Bombardier ASF Excellence Award as proof that the company has been on the right track for many years and expresses his gratitude once again to Bombardier and the Aero-Dienst team. “The excellent service that leaves our mutual customers simply delighted with their aircraft is the result of an outstanding team effort. We will maintain continuity in our performance and keep providing the highest levels of support to our customers for the future.”

As an operator of and maintenance facility for Bombardier business jets, Aero-Dienst benefits from its central location for Europe at Nuremberg airport. In cooperation with the nearby Bombardier parts hub in Frankfurt, Aero-Dienst provides customers with rapid and effective support in case of AOG.
