Inflite The Jet Centre (ITJC), part of the Inflite Group of companies and based at London Stansted airport, has welcomed executive aviation inflight caterer On Air Dining as a new in-house service provider. The agreement was ratified during the UK's coronavirus lockdown, when On Air worked tirelessly to support business aviation movements and a limited number of sports charters.

Inflite and On Air Dining have worked closely for many years and the time was finally right for On Air to work more closely with Inflite to support its catering needs. Now it can offer a more convenient service including 24/7 deliveries, benefitting from an airside position and views which bring the business closer to customers.

“This is a brilliant partnership for us,” comments ITJC CEO Penny Stephens. “I have known Daniel Hulme for many years and admire his creativity and passion for his work. The menus designed and cooked by On Air's talented chefs are revered by business aviation clientele all around the world, so this is a great addition for our discerning VIP clients who fly in and out of our FBO.”

On Air Dining joins a complementary number of service providers working closely with the Inflite FBO, including SaxonAir, Up and Away Aviation and Embraer Aircraft, which also has its European business aircraft demo fleet based at Stansted.

On Air Dining will continue to offer Halal food, catering for an expanded Middle East client base. It has two high loaders servicing wide-body business jets, one based at Stansted, the other at Farnborough airport. Its team of chefs has also enhanced and expanded its plant-based menus, in response to widening dietary needs. On Air has just finalised its 'best ever' festive menus and confirms it will be open on 25 December at Inflite to serve London area airports.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the exceptional business aviation offering Inflite has cultivated within its stunning FBO,” says On Air Dining CEO Daniel Hulme. “Under Penny's direction, the Inflite team is well known for its exceptional customer service and attention to detail, principles we are proud to mirror in our brand as well. Stansted Airport is where it all started for us, and this new partnership coincides with our sixth anniversary at the airport. We are proud of the reputation and relationships we have built here over the years. This partnership with the Inflite FBO marks a significant step towards our long-term plans for this airport.

“The upgraded facility inside the FBO gives us closer proximity to our operator customers and will allow us to better respond to customers' needs and deliver on our commitment to be the world's best inflight dining experience.”

On Air Dining will continue to produce its high-end takeaway business One Fine Dine, an innovative cold food kit you assemble and cook at home. Created this spring, during the first lockdown, serving customers in London and the Home Counties, One Fine Dine appeals to home-based chefs, who want to create something special for family and friends.
