Ground support services provider Euro Jet has opened a refurbished VIP crew lounge at Boryspil International airport in Kiev, Ukraine. Located in the general aviation terminal, the Kiev facility was completed earlier this year as part of Euro Jet's effort to expand its ground support network.

The Kiev crew lounge includes a private area for the crew to relax or work, a fully equipped workstation, wi-fi, a printer, kitchenette and complimentary snacks and beverages. The operation is led by country manager Olga Fedorchenko, whose ground support team consists of experienced aviation professionals with extensive knowledge of Boryspil and other major airports in Ukraine.

During the events of 2020, all Euro Jet lounges remained open and fully functional, including the new facility that was opened at the beginning of the year in Tirana, Albania. Euro Jet is also planning to open new facilities in Croatia and in Kosovo by the end of this year.

“We are very proud of our newest lounge in Kiev,” says CEO Charlie Bodnar. “It once again demonstrates our long-term commitment to the customer by always providing them with the best possible experience throughout our Euro Jet network. We are especially pleased to invest more into our infrastructure in Kiev. This lounge will complement the outstanding work already done by Olga, our Ukraine country manager. I am also pleased to announce that we are already in the process of working on our next lounge, which will be in Split, Croatia. We are continuously looking for more opportunities to enhance the customer experience and look forward to many more years of growth and expansion.”

Euro Jet's network of complimentary crew lounges and offices are located in Tirana, Sofia, Dubrovnik, Zagreb, Karlovy Vary, Prague, Tivat, Warsaw, Bucharest, Constanta, Belgrade, Poprad, and Kiev.
