FAS Pilot Academy in Athens, Greece has purchased an Alsim ALX simulator. Owner Captain Fanourakis says: “The main reason why we chose to cooperate with Alsim is the confidence that comes with its teams. Alsim is an organisation that shares the same philosophy with us regarding flight training requirements and covers all training needs. Our main target is to keep up with market needs, being innovative and providing its applicants with the best and latest technological inventions. Alsim is a constantly evolving organisation, providing modern equipment according to market requirements, and can meet all our targets and needs.”

Alsim sales account manager Nicolas de Lassus adds: “We would like to thank FAS Pilot Academy team for its confidence during this unprecedented crisis in the aviation sector and beyond. We are very proud to equip this family pilot academy. Adding an ALX flight simulator will enable the school to provide high-quality courses to its students as the ALX is a state-of-the-art tool for a complete training cycle from ab initio to Instrument rating and MCC standards. We look forward to installing the simulator in Athens and welcoming FAS among Alsim's family.”

The simulator will be located at FAS' premises in Markopoulo Attica, an area close to Athens International airport, and it is expected to be installed by the end of July 2020.
