ACAM looks to follow up IS-BAO with IS-BAH
ACAM has completed the National Air Transportation Association's Safety 1st online aircraft marshalling training modules at the NATA centre for its ground support team. It is now seeking further approval from IBAC.

Asian Corporate Aviation Management (ACAM), a company specialising in aircraft management, CAMO, charters, trip support and ground handling across the Asia-Pacific region and based at Seletar airport, is aiming to achieve the International Business Aviation Council's IS-BAH standard as a follow on to its successful IS-BAO Stage I accreditation.

The company has recently completed the National Air Transportation Association's (NATA) Safety 1st online aircraft marshalling training modules at the NATA Safety 1st training centre for its ground support team. Dublin based FBO and ground handling specialists, Global FBO Consult has also been engaged by ACAM to support both IS-BAH and Safety 1st implementation.

Joshua Maniar, flight operation supervisor, explains: “The Safety 1st online training modules covered all we needed and more, to create total awareness and understanding of every role we engage in on the ramp. Safety does not happen by itself; you need to create a safe culture through training.”
