Henderson duo confirm that hangars are fully booked
A new complex at Henderson Executive is not set to open until spring 2020, but already the 25 hangars on offer have been leased to a range of customers. The facility also includes 9,000 sq ft of office space.

All In Aviation and Cirrus Aircraft maintenance partner Lone Mountain Aviation have announced the progress of their upcoming aviation complex at Henderson Executive airport. With construction by NDL Group scheduled for completion in February, the facility's 25 aircraft hangars have all been leased.

Scheduled to open to the public in the spring of 2020, the facility will be the first purpose-built, multi-use aviation complex of its kind at HND and include 9,000 sq ft of office space, five training rooms, a full-size classroom, a library, a conference room, an avionics workshop, a pilot shop, a parts department and a 22,000 sq ft maintenance hangar. Among the 25 aircraft hangars, the facility will offer 16 T hangars, capable of storing small personal aircraft like a Cirrus SR22, and nine box hangars, able to accommodate mid-size business jets.

“Kenny and I have looked forward to this moment for three years,” says All In Aviation founder Paul Sallach of his partnership with Kenny Scherado, president of Lone Mountain Aviation. “When we realised we could fill a general aviation need for the south valley area, we began working on what would become a multi-year project. Now, we are proud to announce our hangar space is all leased, three months prior to opening our doors.”
