Canada-headquartered aircraft maintenance tracking company Traxxall has appointed Roy Gioconda as vice president, customer success.
As an industry veteran and leader with an exceptional knowledge of maintenance tracking, Gioconda's mandate is to ensure that Traxxall customers derive maximum value from its system and service. His ultimate objective is to guarantee that Traxxall delivers a flawless customer experience and that existing customers recommend it to fellow aircraft operators.

Prior to joining Traxxall, Gioconda served as director of service quality assurance at CAMP Systems. In total, he spent approximately nine years there in several senior customer support and field service roles. He also acted as director of maintenance at Guardian Jet and Jet Logistics, and director of quality at FlightWorks. He began his career at American Airlines where he worked for almost 20 years, holding multiple aircraft maintenance and quality positions. Gioconda earned his FAA A&P and Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1982.
