Texas Gulf Coast joins the Avfuel fold
Texas Gulf Coast Regional airport has joined Avfuel's FBO network. The partnership will bring pricing benefits and simplify transactions for users.
Texas Gulf Coast Regional airport has joined the Avfuel network.

Avfuel Corporation and Brazoria County have entered into a partnership that sees the FAR Part 139 certified and general aviation reliever airfield county-owned airport join the Avfuel network.

Situated just south of Houston's major metro ground and air traffic region out of Class B airspace, Texas Gulf Coast Regional Airport offers FBO services for operators visiting the Houston and Brazoria County areas. Its full-service FBO facility has pilot amenities and facilities for all visitors. The FBO provides competitive fuel rates with Avfuel Contract Fuel, AVTRIP rewards for pilots, full service jet fuel and avgas, self-serve avgas, quick turns, ground and passenger handling, temporary hangar storage, GPU services (discounted with a fuel purchase), free wi-fi, after-hours services on call, rental cars, limousine rental services and a courtesy car.

The airport is operational 24/7/365 and features a 7,000 ft runway, 635 acres of space, a flight school, a café and on-site car rental facilities.

“We're proud to serve Brazoria County as a gateway to our community and an economic engine for our region,” says Texas Gulf Coast Regional Airport director of aviation Jeff Bilyeu. “Part of that means providing an exceptional service with safety and care always top of mind, to continuously draw in customers. We believe our decision to partner with Avfuel will help to drive more opportunities for the airport and those who benefit from its services.”

In addition to Avfuel Contract Fuel pricing, customers will be able to use the Avfuel Pro Card with the ability to put everything, including fuel and non-fuel items with or without a fuel purchase, on one transaction thus avoiding any fees.

Avfuel Corporation vice president of sales Mark Haynes adds: “Adding Texas Gulf Coast Regional Airport to the Avfuel network of independent FBOs will benefit our loyal operators with a new key location in the Houston and Gulf Coast region. The airport serves its community well with pride in safety and service, and we look forward to being a part of its operation.”
