Desert Jet brings in third CJ3 to light jet fleet
President and CEO of Desert Jets Denise Wilson has called the CJ3 the 'perfect addition' to the operator's fleet. The acquisitions and sales team at the California operator handled every aspect of the transaction.
The addition of the CJ3 brings Desert Jet's fleet to ten jet aircraft.

California's Desert Jet has added a third Citation CJ3 to its charter fleet. The 2007-build aircraft is based at the company's Palm Springs headquarters at the Jacqueline Cochran Regional airport.

The CJ3 is configured to accommodate up to seven passengers and features leather seating in warm, neutral colours. The cabin has an aft fully-enclosed lavatory and a galley area towards the front for refreshments and snacks.

The addition of this aircraft brings Desert Jet's fleet to ten jets based throughout southern California. “The CJ3 is the perfect addition to our existing fleet of beautiful, newer light jets," states president and CEO Denise Wilson.

The Desert Jet acquisitions and sales team handled the purchase on behalf of a private client, including researching all on and off market aircraft, negotiating the transaction and overseeing the pre-buy inspection. The CJ3 was added to Desert Jet's charter certificate within a few days of being delivered.
