HK Bellawings signs for 6500s and 7500s
The Global 6500 and 7500 are considered to be at the leading edge of technology with impressive range and comfort. HK Bellawings of Hong Kong has put its faith in Bombardier with orders and options for up to 18 jets.

HK Bellawings, one of the largest aircraft management companies in Hong Kong, has firmed up an order for four Global 6500 and two Global 7500 business jets, with options for a further 12 Globals. The order follows a letter of intent signed at EBACE in Geneva earlier this year. The transaction for the firm order is valued at approximately $370 million, based on the 2018 list prices for typically equipped aircraft. The value could increase to $1.142 billion with all options exercised.

“We are very impressed with Bombardier's product portfolio,” says HK Bellawings president Zhang Yijia. “The Global 6500 and 7500 business jets will complement our existing mid cabin capabilities. They align with our rapid development to be a one-stop business aviation solution, empowering us to reach higher and further in the long run.”

Bombardier senior VP of worldwide sales and marketing Peter Likoray adds: “We're thrilled that HK Bellawings has chosen the Global 6500 and Global 7500 aircraft to expand its growing fleet of business jets. These industry leading aircraft offer the largest cabins, the longest range and the smoothest ride in their respective classes."

The Global 6500 can connect Hong Kong or Singapore with London, while the Global 7500 has a range of 7,700 nm, 300 nm further than initial commitments. It has a full-size kitchen and four spaces, and is able to fly from New York to Hong Kong or from Singapore to San Francisco non-stop. Both types feature Bombardier's patented Nuage seat, designed for maximum comfort and exclusive to the new Global series.

HK Bellawings' services include management, maintenance, concierge, acquisitions and consultancy. Its fleet comprises Challenger and Global types.
