RUAG completes 8C check and closes Bern-Belp

RUAG Aviation's facility in Munich-Oberpfaffenhoffen has completed an 8C check on a Global XRS and has added B505 and PW206 capabilities. The 8C check included an upgrade to the aircraft's satcom and wi-fi capabilities. The facility has also carried out its first inspection, maintenance and repair on the landing gear of a Challenger 300 during a 96-month inspection. RUAG has decided to close its facilities at Bern-Belp airport at the end of September this year.
