ABS Jets introduces CCPM
The old engineering adage, plan twice act once, has never been more true. Now ABS is applying new techniques to project management.
ABS Jets expects to reduce workloads and increase efficiency by implementing CCPM.

ABS Jets is implementing critical chain project management (CCPM) in order to reduce lead times at its Prague and Bratislava facilities. CCPM is a method of planning and managing projects that emphasises the resources required to execute tasks efficiently. The company intends to significantly increase its effectiveness and achieve sustainable performance for its maintenance processes by reducing workloads and risk factors.

ABS Jets celebrates 20 years

In 2004, ABS Jets had just two aircraft and 30 employees. Now it operates a fleet of 20 midsize and heavy jets, and has more than 300 qualified professionals based at airports in Prague and Bratislava, Slovakia.
