French pilot training school Aeroformation has invested in an Alsim AL250 flight simulator. Located in Lyon Bron, the school has operated an AL100 simulator for four years.
Mermoz Academy has chosen to add another AL250 simulator to its facility, due to its performance and ease of teaching. The company already has one such device to educate students, alongside an airliner model.
The AL250 simulator addresses initial phase of training needs (PPL, CPL, IR/ME) and is a SEP/MEP re-configurable simulator certified as an EASA FNPT II. Noble Wings selected it following months of research.
The UK training school has taken delivery of an AL250 with an Engineering Pack, which allows students on engineering pathways to develop classroom theory and then test their designs ‘in the air’.
