Germany's Aero-Dienst has been crowned as the number one authorised service facility (ASF) by Bombardier for the second year running at the OEM's sixth annual ASF Excellence Awards. “This success is a great incentive for continued excellent performance in customer service and workmanship,” comments MD Viktor Peters.

Since 2011, Bombardier has presented the annual Excellence Award to its ASFs in recognition of exceptional quality, performance and outstanding service to Bombardier customers. After comparing the 33 heavy and line maintenance facilities in its global network, Aero-Dienst again came out on top.

“Achieving temporary success is one thing, but being able to consistently attain the top position among your competitors is a special achievement,” adds Peters. “So we are even more thrilled to be able to defend our leading position this year. We will strive to continue carrying out MRO services for our Global, Challenger, and Learjet customers at the highest level this year.”
