Polish MoD signs for G550 pair
The Polish Ministry of National Defence has signed an agreement to purchase two Gulfstream G550 aircraft. The aircraft will be configured for VIP transport and will be delivered in 2017.

The Polish Ministry of National Defence has signed an agreement to purchase two Gulfstream G550 aircraft. The aircraft will be configured for VIP transport and will be delivered in 2017.

The G550 is said by Gulfstream to be its most widely used in-production model for special missions and government applications, and has an NBAA dispatch reliability rating of 99.9 per cent. It has one of the longest ranges in its class and has achieved more than 50 city pair speed records. With eight passengers, the aircraft can fly non-stop from Warsaw to Los Angeles or Tokyo.
