TAG launches Part-NCC service to ease operator headaches

TAG Aviation is introducing a tailored service to ease the transition for business jet owners and operators in the EU to the upcoming EASA Part-NCC regulations. Compliance is required by 25 August 2016.

Part-NCC now requires each private operator to adhere to the same requirements as commercial air transport operators, but the rules are proportionate. Along with the creation and maintenance of an operations manual, every owner or operator must submit a compliance declaration to their national aviation authority accepting responsibility, accountability and liability for their operation under the new regulations.

“We understand that compliance is not a simple process,” says VP of sales and marketing for TAG Europe Florent Sériès. “Our solution will provide owners with complete piece of mind that their aircraft will be operated to the highest safety and airworthiness standards.”
