Why visit ACE ’25?
UK-based aviation software company Total AOC has launched a service designed to simplify the sharing of safety, compliance and quality information for operators.
Centrik Xchange, based on Total AOC's cloud-based management software Centrik, provides a central database that can be accessed easily and free of charge by any operator. Operators can publish air safety reports, hazards, incidents and standing hazards as well as risk assessments. These will be anonymised but available for viewing or even incorporation as a template into the user's own Centrik system.
Biggin Hill FBO and MRO Rizon Jet ceo Allan McGreal is already making use of the technology: “Centrik Xchange is a remarkable tool, and Rizon Jet is really excited about being part of the spearhead group bringing it to the industry. It captures safety related information which can be shared with any enquirer, and our audit criteria can be answered from one central location. That makes life incredibly easy for us, but also much more user friendly for those enquiring about our business.”
Adds Total AOC director Julian Tubb: “Sharing information is critical for operators as it means everyone can learn from each other and improve their practices. Built on the foundations of Centrik, which has transformed management operations for operators and airports alike, Centrik Xchange provides a freely accessible central space that supports operators in their safety management.
“This tool is critical for improving safety and quality across the industry and by standardising the process, we're making it easier for operators to boost performance and cut costs.”
