Flight Consulting Group (FCG), the Latvian business aviation holding company, is at the final construction stage of its FBO at Riga International airport, operated by FCG subsidiary FBO Riga. The facility will meet high safety and quality standards and will be one of the biggest FBO facilities in the Baltics. The grand opening is due for August 2015.
The construction is running to schedule and the FBO Riga passenger terminal and a hangar have already been completed. Interior and exterior final touches will be completed in the months ahead.
“FCG has operated successfully for over 15 years and has established itself as a reliable partner providing an outstanding quality of one-stop-shop solutions for business aviation,” say owners Roman Starkov and Leonid Gorodnitski. “Latvia has an advantageous location for Russia, CIS and Europe, and the construction of the FBO Riga Business Aviation Center is primarily motivated by the needs of our customers and the stable growth of business aviation traffic in the region.
“With this facility we will further improve the quality of passenger services as well as provide our customers with even more flexible solutions for aircraft parking and ground handling.”
