DEA makes a trio of appointments
UK-based Diamond Executive Aviation has added three further staff to its training, flight ops and maintenance divisions. Wout Eggens has been formally approved by the CAA to be head of DEA flight training, which is an EASA AOC Form 4 postholder position.

UK-based Diamond Executive Aviation has added three further staff to its training, flight ops and maintenance divisions. Wout Eggens has been formally approved by the CAA to be head of DEA flight training, which is an EASA AOC Form 4 postholder position.

Dicky Patounas joins DEA's senior management team to help develop the business further as deputy head of flight operations, with special responsibility for overall flight and ground ops co-ordination. Patounas has 25 years' RAF experience to his name including two tours of duty as 'Red One' in the Red Arrows.

Gerald Cooper has been named as director of engineering, and will be responsible for Part M, Part 145 and Part 21 activities.
