Jersey-based operator Aviation Beauport has added its name to the list of operators utilising Centrik management software, a method of updating and streamlining flight manuals. The technology has been developed by Total AOC, and Beauport's chief pilot Phil Clarke says that the collaboration with Total is 'revolutionising' flight operations: “I had heard from others in the industry that Total AOC was extremely quick and efficient, and able to put together a top-class package of manuals within a month,” he says.

Clarke was very happy with the manual drafting process, and was grateful for the expertise of the team at Total AOC, who are experienced pilots and are said to have an unparalleled understanding of the challenges facing operators.

Centrik is designed to transform the operations of aviation providers by providing complete logging and control of everything that happens in a business aviation organisation. Based in the cloud, Centrik can be accessed on any PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone.

Adds Clarke: “I don't know how we would manage without it. The system is incredibly powerful. I get instant feedback on everything that's going on within the company, such as which pilots have read which notices, which reports have been filed, and everything to do with our safety management system.

“We work very closely with Total AOC and we haven't managed to beat them yet with any requests!”

The operator has a fleet including a Falcon 2000 LX, a Citation XLS and several Mustangs on a worldwide AOC, excluding Australia.
