ExecuJet Switzerland expects a record number of movements at Zurich
ExecuJet Switzerland geared up to handle a record number of private jet movements during the World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland, from 23 to 27 January.

ExecuJet Switzerland geared up to handle a record number of private jet movements during the World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland, from 23 to 27 January.

With parking restrictions in place at Zurich owing to ongoing works and its adoption of a permanent slot allocation system, ExecuJet obtained exclusive rights to use Duebendorf, a military airport located north east of Zurich. ExecuJet's FBO expected to handle more than 325 movements over the World Economic Forum, having seen private jet traffic grow from over 200 movements in 2006 to more than 300 in 2007.

At Duebendorf, ExecuJet secured parking for 10 to 15 aircraft. Peter Hartmann, md ExecuJet Europe, says that clients appreciated the advanced planning that went into the service.
