ProAir, a European charter operator, is developing aircraft management consultancy operations in the U.K. Its U.K. director Alex Durand says: "I believe that potential owners need an independent report tailored to individual requirements rather than information that might be subjective."

Duran will also be offering charter broking. But, although ProAir is primarily a charter operator with a King Air and Beech 1900 based in Stuttgart, Germany, Durand, will be taking an independent view in his recommendations.

ProAir is also looking at acquiring two aircraft before the end of the year to strengthen its operations.
