CaliforniaParagon Aviation Group, the international network of FBOs and handling agents, hosted its annual Leadership Conference at Clay Lacy Aviation in Van Nuys, California, from 13-15 November. Leaders and decision-makers from across the aviation sector focused on collaborative innovation and operational excellence.
With increased participation from new members compared to recent years, the sessions provided a robust platform for mid and upper management to comprehensively evaluate FBO operations and offered constructive feedback whilst sharing best practices and invaluable networking opportunities.
“The primary objective of this conference is to connect and equip our members with insights into other members' FBOs, through relationship building and the sharing of best practices. The more we share, the stronger our network becomes, leading to enhanced operations and service excellence,” says Paragon president Crystal Kubeczka.
