Comlux makes high level appointments
Adam White is appointed CEO of Comlux Completion while Daron Dryer becomes a member of the Comlux board of directors.
Daron Dryer moves up to the Comlux board of directors.

Adam White is now chief executive officer of Comlux Completion, the Indianapolis, Indiana-based completion and service centre. He will report to the board of directors of Comlux group and directly to the Group CEO.
White will continue to lead the company through a programme of development and modernisation that was launched few years ago. Prior to joining Comlux in 2019 as chief of technology, he built his career around business aviation with a focus on completions. In his more than 20 year career, the majority being at General Dynamics companies Gulfstream and Jet Aviation, he has led company transitions and new product development in both the US and Europe.
Comlux Group CEO Richard Gaona says: “Having lived in Switzerland and worked with both the US and Europe makes Adam the ideal candidate to bring Comlux and Comlux Group to another level just in time for the upcoming opening of our new facility in Dubai.”

White adds: “This is such a dynamic time with unprecedented growth at Comlux, I am honoured to accept this role with the full trust and support of our shareholders. Having lived and travelled around the world developing new methods to increase productivity, reduce cost and ultimately drive customer satisfaction, it feels as though my career has trained me for this specific opportunity. Through my time at Comlux I have had the ability to lay the groundwork with the fully dedicated team of professionals to ensure our continued growth. Together we are poised to redefine the Comlux space in the VVIP and business jet markets.”

Daron Dryer has been appointed a member of the Comlux board of directors. He previously served as the CEO of Comlux Completion, having started his journey with the company in 2009 as the manager of mechanical systems engineering, steadily advancing to the role of COO in 2017 and CEO in 2019.

The mechanical engineering graduate boasts an impressive 28 year career in the aviation industry, throughout which he has focused on managing, overseeing production, engineering and certification processes for over 30 transport category aircraft and interior completions. Notably, Dryer holds the distinction of being an FAA DER (Designated Engineering Representative), authorised to make findings on behalf of the FAA in the areas of mechanical systems and rapid decompression.

Gaona says: "We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Daron for his invaluable contributions over the past 14 years with the company, especially for his unwavering loyalty to the team. We eagerly anticipate his continued participation on the board of directors, where he will play an essential role in shaping Comlux's leadership in the industry."

Dryer adds: "My journey within Comlux has been incredibly enriching and rewarding. I extend my gratitude to the Comlux Completion team, whose unwavering support was instrumental in my success as CEO. I wish my successor, Adam White, the best of luck in his new role as CEO of Comlux Completion. I am now eagerly looking forward to continuing my support for Comlux as a member of the board of directors."
