Southend touch and go offer is a steal
To help pilots develop, London Southend is extending its offer of five or more circuits for GBP5 until the end of June. The offer applies to aircraft with MTOW of 2.4 tonnes or less. Bookings are made 24 hours in advance.

The UK's London Southend airport has extended its ‘GBP5 for five circuits’ offer to general aviation pilots.

Training flights are essential for pilot competence, supporting landing preparations, climbing, descending, turns and stalling practice. To help pilots develop their skills, London Southend is extending its offer of five or more circuits for GBP5 until the end of June 2021. Not only does this present an opportunity to train at London's newest airport, but with slots available from morning to evening, there are opportunities for training in a variety of conditions.

The offer is applicable to aircraft with MTOW of 2.4 tonnes and below. PPR is required via Southend ATC and bookings can only be made a maximum of 24 hours in advance. Five or more touch and gos must be completed to qualify for the offer. It is essential to adhere to latest UK government guidance.

Glyn Jones, CEO of London Southend Airport, says “Supporting training and development within the industry is very important to London Southend airport.”
