Global Aviation software specialist Ramco Systems will be implementing its flagship aviation software Ramco Aviation M&E MRO Suite V5.8 for a leading helicopter OEM to digitally transform its global MRO operations. Ramco will implement its unified enterprise application containing modules for engineering, maintenance, supply chain, safety compliance, MRO and part sales, and mobility for warehouse and mechanics.

The Ramco Aviation Suite will enable high productivity and automation of MRO operations by moving away from manual recording of data and enabling access to real-time information. The application will ensure high efficiency with its next generation capabilities like straight through processing, mobility, hub-based architecture and secured technology. The system also enables task card digitisation with electronic signature capability to achieve paperless operations with dual authentication.

CEO Virender Aggarwal says: “Having gained the confidence of seven of the top 10 heli-operators, this win puts us on the front foot to lead the heli MRO segment. We are thrilled to add a leading helicopter manufacturer to our growing clientele. Our focus on delivering digital transformation with quantifiable results continues to gain the trust of clients globally. This has been possible because of the steadfast focus we place on innovation and infusing our application with AI, ML, chatbots, and user-based personalisation.”

Ramco Aviation Software is trusted by more than 24,000 users to manage over 4,000 aircraft globally. Accessible on cloud and mobile, its software innovates with 'anywhere apps', significantly reducing transaction times both during AOG conditions and critical aircraft turnarounds. Ramco is changing the paradigm of enterprise software with artificial intelligence and machine learning based solutions, powered by cool new features such as digital task cards, offline capability, chatbots, mail bots, hubs and cognitive solutions.
