Sun Air Jets saddles up with California horse park
Offering 15 weeks of competition from October to March, the Desert International Horse Park in Thermal, California is a destination location for thousands of equestrians. Sun Air Jets hopes to breed new business.
Competitors from all over the world travel to Desert International annually.

Sun Air Jets has entered into an exclusive partnership with Desert International Horse Park in Thermal, California. The southern California private jet charter and management company will be the official private jet charter partner of the Horse Park's 2020-2021 season. “We are truly honoured to be the official private jet charter partner of the Desert International Horse Park,” says Brian Counsil, president of Sun Air Jets. “As one of the safest rated operators in the country, we look forward to helping you travel comfortably and safely, which is more important now than ever.”

With nearly 1.3 million sq ft of competition and riding space, the Desert International Horse Park is one of the largest equestrian facilities in North America. Offering 15 weeks of competition from October to March, the facility is a destination location for thousands of equestrians, their horses, family and friends for several months annually.

Competitors from all over the world travel to the Horse Park to not only compete but to enjoy everything the desert has to offer. The facility is close Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, La Quinta and Coachella, an area known for its resort lifestyle.

Andreas Mauritzson, VP of business development for Sun Air Jets, has been an attendee of the competitions at Thermal for many years. “We are thrilled to participate this year as a sponsor in support of the DIHP programme,” he says. “We look forward to seeing this year's amazing collection of talented riders.”
