A Brazilian customer in the financial markets has purchased the first ACH145 model by Airbus Helicopters in its five-blade Mercedes-Benz Style (pentapá) version. The helicopter will be used for private transportation.

Launched in 2019, the pentapá version increases the helicopter's payload by 150 kg. In addition, the new design of the main rotor without bearings also facilitates maintenance operations, which reinforces the ACH145's operability and reliability and increases comfort for passengers and crew, reducing the vibrations inherent in helicopter flight.

The model will be equipped with all the optional features available for VIP use, such as advanced soundproofing in the cabin, enabling flight without headphones, an entertainment system connected via Wi-Fi, wooden applications on the ceiling and floor and adjustable colour lights and intensity, among other innovations.

In addition to its structure and design, one of the ACH145's differentials is its ability to take off with maximum load, that is, with 10 people (eight passengers and two pilots) and its three full fuel tanks.

The ACH145 also has the most modern avionics panel from Airbus, the Helionix, and its luggage area includes several accessories for the transport of sports equipment, such as attachment points, seat covers and floor protection. In addition, it is possible to configure the composition of the cabin and the luggage compartment quickly, as all seats are fixed on rails and can be easily rearranged.
