Luxaviation appoints group MRO sales director
A lifetime of MRO sales and engineering know-how makes Des Miles a good fit for the business aviation group's MRO sales directorship.
Newly appointed Luxaviation Group MRO sales director Des Miles.

Des Miles has been appointed group MRO sales director for the Luxaviation Group and took up the new position on 1 January. Reporting to executive vice president MRO services Graeme Duckworth, his primary function will be to grow the MRO sales pipeline and coordinate sales activities across the group. He will also continue in his current role as MRO business development manager for the Middle East, reporting into ExecuJet Middle East maintenance director Nick Weber.

Miles is a licensed aircraft engineer with more than 25 years' experience in aviation, including 14 years in aviation management and supervision. He has past experience in MRO sales as part of his position as maintenance manager.
