A new agreement will enable SGGAC to expand the activities of its existing MRO centre, which became an official Airbus Helicopters customer service centre in October 2018, responsible for H125 aircraft maintenance.

This year Bell has significantly expanded its China support network, with the appointment of Reignwood Star as a Bell 505 AMC and a new supply centre in Shanghai. China State Grid is Bell's fifth CAAC Part 145.

SGGAC's H215, a first in China, comes equipped with a 4.5-ton cargo sling, hoists, weather radar, and a wire-strike protection system. The configuration features 17 seats equipped with oxygen jackets for high altitude.
