AERO Vodochody reports that it has obtained the Airworthiness Review Certificate for Ae270 serial number 0006 from the Czech Civil Aviation Authority. Zuzana Kolouskova, communication specialist, says: "The Ae270 aircraft can provide type training and aerial work in the range of the certificate."

Aero Vodochody has produced the 100th Sikorsky S-76C helicopter. The company, which produces about a third of the aircraft's 8,500 parts, achieved the milestone with aircraft serial number 624 on March 13. Once representatives from Sikorsky have checked the aircraft over, it will be sent to Bremerhaven, Germany, before making its way to Sikorsky in Stratford, USA, for dynamic parts and interior fitting.

Further aircraft have arrived at Aero Vodochody paintshop, as part of the company's plans to win orders for around 20 external aircraft this year.
