BBA Aviation has agreed terms for the proposed US $2.065 billion acquisition of Landmark Aviation from affiliates of The Carlyle Group.

Cambridge-based Marshall Aerospace has announced that it is in early discussions with Landmark Aviation to create a 'next generation' business aviation centre at Cambridge City Airport in the uk. The development follows Landmark's announcement at NBAA last year, when it confirmed aspirations to enter Europe.
