Nova-funded helicopters are already deployed serving firefighting and aerial work missions in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Chile and Belgium. The latest deliveries occurred between last October and this February.

The acquisition of Nova Capital Aviation by LCI reflects the trend towards industry consolidation. Since 2004, LCI has undertaken transactions over $8 billion. It can now expand and bring new aircraft types to its fleet.

French operator Airtelis, with the support of Nova Capital Group, has signed a contract with Airbus Helicopters for the purchase of three H215 heavy helicopters, including two options.
