Flight training organisation FTE Jerez is to purchase eight Diamond DA42-VI twin engine aircraft to upgrade and expand its current fleet of Piper Seneca twins and Warrior light trainers.
Pilot killed in crash landing
September 29, 2006
A pilot was killed, and his four passengers injured, two seriously, when their Piper PA34-220T crashed into an agricultural building near San Javier, Spain. According to the Spanish accident investigation report, the aircraft had taken off from Robledillo del Mohedano Airport, Guadalajara, Spain, en-route for San Javier, Murcia, Spain on April 29 this year.
